Job Description

Overview Join a dynamic and fast-paced cleaning business as an Operations Lead / Field Manager, where your leadership will drive excellence across all cleaning operations. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with a passion for managing teams, ensuring top-quality service, and streamlining daily operations. You will oversee multiple cleaning crews, coordinate schedules, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in diverse environments such as commercial spaces, hospitality venues, short term rentals and residential properties. Bring your supervisory expertise and hospitality background to lead our team to success while fostering a positive work culture. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring timely and efficient service Lead, motivate, and manage cleaning teams, providing clear direction and support to uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company protocols Schedule and assign tasks, and optimize resource allocation to meet client needs effectively Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Communicate with clients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction Fill in as a back-up cleaner in the event of call outs or short staffing. Train new hires Skills Experience in supervising or managing cleaning teams or custodial staff or similar Strong background in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment Knowledge of cleaning techniques including laundry services, maid service style cleaning, hotel housekeeping standards and procedures Effective organizational skills for scheduling, resource management, and quality control Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients at all levels Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges swiftly and efficiently Effective implementing new policies and procedures to better suit the company This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a thriving industry.
