POSITION DESCRIPTION
Operations Managers are people who are passionate about creating an environment that leads to people reaching their goals through building relationships, selling memberships, and leading our team at the front desk. The Operations Manager plays a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the leader of a member-facing team and the first faces a potential member may see when they visit for the first time. They are responsible for executing the front desk role while also upholding the high standards of Burn Boot Camp through the front desk team. There is a strong focus on "leading up" to be a part of process improvement and ensuring the direct experience from the front desk is factored into significant decisions.FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 17 CAMPS PER WEEK
(REQUIRED)- Monday
- Friday AMs from 5:15am-10:30am Monday
- Friday PMs from 3:30pm-6:45pm Rotating Saturday AMs from 7:45am-10:00am
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an exceptional member experience, with an emphasis on retention and community Communicate with gym leads, trials, and members over established communication systems including phone calls, text, email, and social media platforms Drive retail sales by optimizing product selection and executing monthly retail launches. Oversee inventory management, sales tracking, and reconciliation Achieve monthly membership sales targets, KPI goals, promotional voucher sales, and continuously work to improve membership and conversion rates Proactively define a clear direction for location performance — grounded in data and organizational priorities — and ensure alignment across every level of the team Engage in interviewing, scheduling, and training for Burn Ambassadors and Childwatch Team Members Provide ongoing training, support and performance management to Burn Ambassador and Childwatch teams to drive operational excellence, with a focus on community and member experience Conduct regular team meetings and ensure clear communication on current sales promotions, gym events, and new processesQUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to drive member engagement and sales Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident in sales and able to teach a simple sales process to other Burn Ambassadors Able to capture content for social media and has a solid understanding of social media.BENEFITS
