Full Time MaitreD

We are currently seeking an experienced Maitre'd. Experience in Japanese restaurants is not required. This position is mid level but will require an aptitude to learn and adapt. Previous restaurant experience is required. This position works closely with the DIrector of Operations and oversees daily reservation, to go and administration . This position is a long term placement and will require full time, guaranteed 40 hours a week 5 days.

Takai by Kashiba is an intimate Edo-Mae style Sushi restaurant . The menu is strictly chef's choice. This is a high end personalized experience where we guide the guest through a carefully crafted Omakase experience. We will provide excellent training to ensure success.
