What You'll Do Create Exceptional Guest Experiences Lead the daily operation of our tasting room and guest experience Create a welcoming, polished, energetic atmosphere for guests Ensure every guest feels recognized, valued, and cared for Build relationships with wine club members and repeat visitors Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with grace and professionalism Lead & Inspire the Hospitality Team Coach, mentor, and motivate the tasting room team Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and energy Train staff on wine knowledge, service standards, and guest engagement Assist with scheduling, labor management, and team accountability Drive Wine Sales & Wine Club Growth Inspire enthusiasm for our wines, food program, and wine club Guide guests through elevated tasting experiences Help grow wine club memberships and repeat visitation Support merchandising and promotional initiatives Oversee Daily Operations Manage opening/closing procedures and floor operations Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation excellence Utilize POS systems, reservation systems, and wine club software Maintain smooth guest flow and efficient service pacing Who You Are You are someone who: Enjoys people and naturally creates connection Loves hospitality and making people feel special Notices details others miss Remembers names, faces, and guest preferences Creates atmosphere and energy wherever you go Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment Loves wine, food, music, and destination tourism Wants to live and work in a beautiful lake and wine region You are also: A strong communicator and team leader Creative, resourceful, and proactive Calm under pressure Highly organized and service-oriented Professional, polished, and authentic Why You'll Love This Role Live the Wine Country Lifestyle Spend your days surrounded by vineyards, lake views, live music, culinary experiences, and a vibrant tourism community in Lake Chelan. Qualifications 3-5 years hospitality, tasting room, restaurant, or resort management experience preferred Wine knowledge or willingness to learn quickly Strong leadership and guest service skills Experience with POS and reservation systems preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation Commensurate with experience (3-5 years minimum) Hourly + Tips + Benefits
