Field Service Supervisor - Exterior Cleaning

We're looking for a Field Service Manager who owns the field completely — scheduling, technicians, quality, and accountability. If you need hand-holding this isn't the job. What You'll Do:

Own the daily schedule — every tech knows where they're going before the day starts Monitor job progress and be the first call when something goes wrong in the field Conduct quality spot checks and ensure every job meets our standards Onboard and train new technicians to company standards Hold techs accountable — write-ups, hard conversations, performance documentation Manage supplies and equipment across all vehicles Brief ownership daily on field operations

Compensation & Benefits:

$60,000-$68,000 salary depending on experience Monthly performance bonus up to $1000 when the team exceeds revenue targets Health and dental insurance after 30 days Real autonomy over how field ops runs day to day Growth path as the company scales

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years supervising field crews in trades, home services, landscaping, pest control, or similar Has used scheduling or field service software before Has had real accountability conversations — write-ups, PIPs, terminations Strong communicator with both ownership and field staff Available Monday through Saturday during job hours

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
