Pacific Horizon Bathrooms LLC is the exclusive ReBath franchise serving North Seattle. We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodeling with a focus on efficiency, craftsmanship, and a strong customer experience. We are growing and building a team that values accountability, execution, and doing the job right the first time.Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee our bathroom installation teams from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are properly prepared, executed efficiently, and completed to a high standard. This is a results-driven position. Success in this role is measured by clean installs, jobs completed on schedule, minimal rework, strong cost control, and clear coordination across teams. You will be expected to take full ownership of outcomes—not just manage tasks.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of bathroom installation crews Organize and stage materials in the warehouse for upcoming projects Ensure all jobs are fully prepared and ready prior to installation Manage weekly install schedules and crew assignments Coordinate with production, sales, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and readiness Read and interpret scopes of work, layouts, and project details to ensure accurate execution Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to scope Monitor job progress, identify issues early, and resolve them quickly to prevent delays or rework Hold crews accountable for performance, timelines, and workmanship Maintain control of materials, reduce waste, and support cost-effective project execution Interact with customers as needed, including resolving concerns in a professional, composed manner while representing the company's standards and interests Ensure job sites meet safety expectations and maintain a clean, organized work environmentPerformance Expectations:
Jobs are fully prepared and ready before install start Crews are organized, on schedule, and productive Install timelines are met consistently Issues are identified early and resolved quickly Quality standards are maintained with minimal callbacks or rework Projects are executed efficiently with attention to cost control and material usage This role requires accountability. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives results daily, and holds both themselves and their teams to a high standard.What We're Looking For:
Strong background in residential construction or remodeling (bathroom experience preferred) Proven ability to manage crews and deliver results in the field Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams, vendors, and customers Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including in high-pressure or challenging situations Hands-on, accountable, and driven to get projects completed the right way Comfortable working both in the field and in a warehouse environmentTechnical Knowledge & Experience:
Working knowledge of full bathroom remodeling processes, including: Acrylic wall systems and tub/shower installations Stone/tile shower systems and wet space construction Flooring installation (LVP, tile, etc.) Drywall, finish carpentry, and cabinet installation Ability to read and understand project layouts, scopes, and basic construction drawings Strong eye for detail with the ability to ensure all finish work meets a high standard This role requires a strong eye for detail.
