This role is responsible for technician accountability, operational performance, customer experience, and team development. Previous plumbing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right leader who has a proven track record of managing people, driving accountability, improving performance, and building a strong culture. This position is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, field operations, or other service-based industries. What You'll Be Responsible For Team Leadership & Accountability Lead and manage residential service technicians Establish clear expectations and performance standards Conduct regular ride-alongs and field coaching Hold team members accountable for results Monitor attendance, professionalism, and performance Recruit, interview, and onboard new technicians Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions Operational Performance Improve technician productivity and efficiency Monitor daily service operations Ensure company processes are followed Improve job completion rates Reduce callbacks and warranty work Improve communication between field and office teams Revenue & KPI Management Track and improve key performance indicators Monitor average ticket value Improve technician conversion rates Monitor revenue performance Support pricing and sales initiatives Drive profitable growth within the service department Customer Experience Resolve escalated customer concerns Ensure service excellence standards are maintained Improve customer satisfaction scores Support Apollo's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For Required Proven leadership experience Experience managing employees in a field service environment Strong communication skills Strong accountability and coaching skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and KPIs Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license Preferred Plumbing experience HVAC, electrical, or home service industry experience ServiceTitan experience Sales coaching experience Operations management experience The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Holds people accountable while earning their respect Is comfortable having difficult conversations Uses data and metrics to drive decisions Can motivate a team to improve performance Leads by example Thrives in a fast-paced environment Wants to help build a great company Why Join Apollo Plumbing?
