Expected work schedule:
Monday-Friday / first-shift hours Key day-to-day activities: Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo's Service team. Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues. Active role in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers . Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations.QUALIFICATIONS
: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience. 2+ years of Service Leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities. Demonstrated customer service skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
