This role focuses on developing, strengthening, and empowering the management team while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. The Operations Manager will oversee company policies, operational processes, purchasing, resource planning, project management, forecasting, and administrative services to support the company's growth and long-term objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations Foster a positive, productive, and efficient work environment. Lead, develop, and mentor department managers and team members. Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to ensure operational goals are achieved. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures that support company growth and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Business Planning & Financial Management Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage operating and project budgets. Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability. Assist with forecasting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives. Administrative & Compliance Management Maintain company records, insurance policies, licenses, audits, and required documentation. Oversee purchasing activities and vendor relationships. Ensure all business operations comply with applicable regulations and industry standards. Human Resources & Team Development Partner with Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality employees. Support employee training, development, and performance management initiatives. Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Sales & Customer Relations Support domestic sales and e-commerce operations. Maintain strong customer and business relationships. Assist with public relations activities and represent the company professionally when required. QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience. Experience managing multiple teams and departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Experience working with international business operations. Knowledge of import/export procedures and international logistics. Understanding of international supply chains and delivery cycles. Experience in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or wellness industry. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials as needed. Ability to perform duties in both office and warehouse environments.
