Required Experience Must have prior experience in the restoration industry, including Fire, Water, Smoke, and Mold remediation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of restoration projects from start to completion Manage field technicians, subcontractors, and office staff Plan, organize, and coordinate restoration services for residential and commercial properties Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Monitor job costs, budgets, profitability, and production schedules Track and maintain company equipment, vehicles, and inventory Review estimates, scopes of work, documentation, and project files Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies Build and maintain relationships with customers, insurance professionals, vendors, and referral partners Participate in on-call management duties as needed Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with customers, employees, vendors, and industry professionals Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve customer concerns professionally Experience with estimating software, restoration management software, and documentation systems Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of restoration industry standards and best practices IICRC Certifications and related industry certifications are a plus Desired Attributes Strong work ethic, dependable, trustworthy, and professional Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to learn and implement new systems and processes Team player capable of working independently when needed Commitment to ongoing training and professional development Requirements Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong leadership and management experience required
