The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and dedicated operator, with deep expertise in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems, and a proven track record of improving operational performance in fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environments. We are a collectible and sports trading card company so a passion for cards is preferred but not required. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management while building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Key Responsibilities Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, inventory turns, and material flow throughout the organization. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve operational challenges. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments. Advanced expertise with MRP/ERP systems, including production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management. Demonstrated success managing complex operational environments and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
