Job Description At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a Manager of Operations Research & Science to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and data scientists to develop and implement advanced analytical models and tools that support operational decision-making across the airline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations research, data science, and analytics, with experience in the airline or transportation industry. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
