Seattle, WA | Field-Based | 50% Travel Required Summary The Firestop Operations Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership and day‑to‑day oversight for Firestop Inspectors and Technicians in the field. This role is responsible for developing strong, high‑performing teams through training, coaching, and accountability while ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Operations Supervisor partners closely with the Operations Manager, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to maintain quality standards, enforce safety requirements, and ensure consistent code‑compliant execution across all projects.

What We're Looking For Supervising crews in firestop, drywall, and caulking Strong working knowledge of
NFPA/IBC/UL
