Project Operations Lead (Facility Operations) Job Type Full-Time Division Facilities & Construction Management Division (FCMD)- LEHI Washington LLC Washington State Reports To Regional Operations Manager Job Overview LEHI Washington LLC is seeking a Project Operations Lead (POL) to oversee daily facility operations across multiple project locations. This leadership role ensures services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract requirements and company standards. The Project Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating field operations, supervising teams, maintaining documentation, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role serves as the primary on-site operational coordinator , supporting supervisors, technicians, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in facility or maintenance operations, and capable of balancing hands-on operational work with leadership and administrative responsibilities . The Project Operations Lead may also perform cleaning, light maintenance, groundskeeping, and pest control tasks as required to maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities and support operational needs. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Coordinate and assign daily operational tasks across multiple project sites Ensure all services meet contract Statement of Work (SOW) requirements Communicate priorities and expectations to field teams Support staffing coordination and operational planning Complete daily, weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly operational checklists Billing & Documentation Track daily labor hours, services performed, and material usage Review and validate employee timesheets Submit accurate billing documentation to appropriate departments Inventory Management Maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment at assigned sites Conduct weekly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate supply orders and maintain inventory documentation Training & Compliance Train new and existing employees on SOPs and operational procedures Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements Identify performance issues and support corrective action or retraining Provide coaching and development for team members Facility Operations Support Oversee cleaning, maintenance coordination, and service delivery Conduct site inspections and walkthroughs Ensure services align with contract standards and quality expectations Perform cleaning, light maintenance, groundskeeping, and pest control tasks as required to support operations Multi-Site Management Manage operations across multiple facilities Coordinate schedules and staffing coverage across locations Travel between assigned project sites as required Safety & Standards Compliance Enforce company safety policies and operational procedures Report hazards, incidents, or non-compliant conditions immediately Support safety briefings and corrective action implementation Equipment Oversight Ensure equipment is properly used, stored, and maintained Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Maintain documentation related to equipment usage and condition Client Relations Serve as the primary on-site contact for operational issues Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams Escalate concerns to management when necessary QualificationsExperience Minimum 5 years of experience in facility operations, custodial services, maintenance, or related field Prior supervisory or multi-site operations experience preferred Experience working with commercial or government facility service contracts is highly desirable Technical Skills Candidates must have experience in at least one skilled trade such as:
HVAC Plumbing Electrical Welding Additional Requirements:
Valid Pest Control Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Proficiency with Excel, digital documentation systems, and reporting tools Leadership Skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Experience training, coaching, and supervising employees Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to travel between project sites Ability to perform physical tasks related to facility operations when needed
Compensation:
The total compensation listed, includes both base and performance bonuses. Pay:
$73,561.00 - $120,428.30 per year
