Director of Operations Hotel

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations for our hotel to lead and elevate all aspects of hotel management. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments Lead and supervise hotel staff to ensure high standards of customer service, professionalism, and hospitality are consistently delivered Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while controlling costs and adhering to budgets Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards including night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems management Foster excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that promote repeat business Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings, special events, and packages that attract diverse clientele Skills Proven experience in hotel management with strong supervisory skills in a hospitality setting Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation Expertise in revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff Strong background in budgeting, human resources, front desk operations, and resort or hotel experience Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and night audit procedures Join us as our Director of Operations Hotel to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver unforgettable experiences for every guest.
