The Head of Property Operations is a new leadership role overseeing property management operations, which includes overseeing leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, operational systems, marketing, regular reporting, site-level coordination, and myriad other projects to keep properties full, compliant, and running smoothly. This role partners closely with our other property management department heads

• Head of Maintenance, Head of Accounting, Head of Construction & Project Management, and the Ridpath Site Manager.

Applicant Criteria:

Educational Attainment :

Bachelors degree or higher, strongly desired.

Work Experience:

Experience in an operations role or property management is a significant plus, but not necessarily required. >
