Job Description

About Us JohnnyNerdOut Custom E-Bikes is one of the largest DIY e-bike shops in the Pacific Northwest. We sell conversion kits, repair and service electric bikes, build custom projects, and support customers all over the world. We're growing and need someone who can help bring structure and organization to a fast-moving business. This is not a corporate management position. You'll be working directly with customers, technicians, inventory, and daily operations. What You'll Do Answer customer emails, phone calls, and support requests Order fulfillment/ shipping Manage repair and service workflow Schedule and coordinate customer repairs Ensure repair invoices are accurate and complete Follow up with customers on estimates, repairs, and special orders Help maintain inventory accuracy Coordinate incoming shipments and parts orders Create and improve shop procedures Keep projects moving and prevent work from falling through the cracks Support the owner by taking over day-to-day operational responsibilities Ideal Candidate You might be a great fit if you: Are highly organized Enjoy solving problems Communicate professionally with customers Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping details Have experience managing workflows Are comfortable learning technical products Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Bonus Qualifications Bicycle industry experience E-bike experience Customer service management experience Small business operations experience Inventory management experience Basic mechanical skills Experience with QuickBooks, ShipStation, Google Workspace, or similar software What Success Looks Like Within six months: Customer response times are faster Repair jobs move smoothly through the shop Inventory discrepancies are reduced Technicians stay productive Customers know what's happening with their repairs The owner spends less time putting out fires and more time growing the business We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and help build something unique.
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
