Night Audit Appleton, WI 54913 From $15 an hour - Part-time, Full-time From $15 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Audit professional, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, manage guest accounts, and uphold exceptional guest services while maintaining the security and integrity of the property. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment for guests during overnight hours, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities through comprehensive reports Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine inspections Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, complaints, or special requests with a positive attitude Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and processing billing information accurately Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Experience working night shifts in a resort or hotel environment is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
