Position Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center(s) while coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams. Ensure compliance with internal controls environment and identify and address gaps in processes Provide support during the month-end close process by performing analysis of Operational Expenses (OPEX) to drive cost-saving opportunities, and support annual operating budgets Oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities to reduce risk of sales center chargebacks, write-offs, and non-sufficient funds Ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoicing and processing and adherence to Procurement guidelines Support company-wide initiatives, champion change management, and implement continuous process improvement Travel up to 10% Other projects or duties as assigned
