Role Summary Lead daily operations for one or more complex units, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll guide a team, improve processes, and partner across functions to enhance performance. This role offers strong leadership exposure and opportunities to grow within banking operations. Key Accountabilities Supervise and coordinate daily workflows across one or multiple operations teams. Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with audit, security, and operational policies and procedures. Analyze and resolve complex operational issues to improve efficiency and service levels. Drive process improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams. Monitor productivity, service standards, and risk controls to meet business goals. Facilitate team meetings, one-on-ones, and development conversations. Evaluate and implement new tools, processes, and training to support team success.
Education & Experience Required:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of banking operations experience and in a lead, work director, or supervisory role Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self
Preferred:
