Job Description

Campus Administrator - Eagle Crest South Retirement Community Great opportunity for a dynamic leader! Provide leadership and operational oversight for Eagle Crest South Retirement Community. Eagle Crest South is a vibrant hospitality focused community offering 325 apartments, including 80 independent living, 36 assisted living, 63 memory care, 24 high acuity assisted living, and 112 luxury senior living apartments. The Campus Administrator ensures quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strong leadership of site management teams in alignment with the Eagle Crest Communities mission and values.
What You'll Do Lead Operations:
Manage daily campus operations and performance goals
Manage Teams:
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate leadership staff
Support Residents:
Ensure compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements
Manage Finances:
Lead facility budgeting and support census and financial goals
Qualifications:
What You ll Need Bachelor s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field Experience in senior living, healthcare administration, or multi-site operations Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge Excellent communication and decision-making skills Commitment to mission-driven, faith-based care
