S_175666 We are looking for an Operations & Education Manager for a professional trade association in Madison that has served its members for over 100 years. You'll thrive in this role if you love being the go-to person for operational excellence and have a passion for helping others grow through continued education initiatives. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure local professionals have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in a thriving industry.Highlights:
Pay range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience Full-time, direct hire opportunity Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evening events Collaborative and mission-driven work environment Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and moreResponsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the property data systems and professional development departments Supervise and mentor staff to ensure departmental tasks are completed accurately and on time Develop and manage continuing education programs and orientation sessions for members Identify industry trends to build new programs that add value to the local real estate community Coordinate with vendors and leadership to implement new tools and system enhancementsQaulifications:
