Role Description Salary:

$55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience + Commercial Sales Commissions Benefits include paid vacation, partial health insurance reimbursement, and 401(k) contributions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madison, WI. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with ownership to oversee day-to-day operations and help ensure that laundry, moving, and storage services run smoothly. Responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating work schedules, assisting with staffing needs, addressing customer concerns, supporting daily administrative tasks, and helping maintain efficient operations across all service areas. The Operations Supervisor will play a key role in keeping the team organized, communicating effectively with staff, and helping resolve operational challenges as they arise. During peak moving seasons, the Operations Supervisor may occasionally assist with operational activities as needed to support the team.
