Job Description

Are You the Best Door-Knocker in Wisconsin? At Exterior Custom Solutions , we don't just fix homes; we build a culture of excellence. We are looking for an elite Canvass Manager to lead our field marketing engine. This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in an office—it's for a "Player-Coach" who thrives on the energy of the field, loves the art of the sell, and knows how to build a team that dominates. The Mission You will be the heartbeat of our lead generation . Your goal is to recruit the hungry, train the willing, and drive a culture of professional, high-impact marketing. You'll be the face of the company at the doors and the "Quarterback" of our local events. What Your Week Looks Like Monday (The Build): Dedicated to Recruiting & Prospecting. You'll spend the day interviewing talent, building your "bench," and mapping out the week's high-probability territories. Tuesday - Friday (The Field): Leading from the front during "Prime Time" hours (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM). You'll drive the crew, coach in real-time, and ensure we are maximizing every neighborhood we enter. Saturday (The Harvest): This is our high-volume day. You will lead the team in the field or manage our presence at local shows, markets, and events.
Note:
Event schedules can vary, offering a dynamic change of pace from traditional door-knocking.
What You'll Do Recruit & Select :
Source and interview new talent. You have the autonomy to build your team and "fire fast" to keep standards high.
Drive & Logistics :
Primary driver of the company vehicle. You're responsible for the crew's safety and making sure the "mobile office" is always ready for battle.
Train & Mentor :
Turn new hires into closing machines through side-by-side coaching and daily "Hype Meetings."
Professional Leadership :
Manage the team with a level of professionalism that reflects our brand. You report directly to the owner and have a seat at the table for growth strategy.
