Roles & Responsibilities:
Work cohesively with management teams at the Dealership-level to ensure proper process as it pertains to customer and sales lead follow-up Collaborate with the Corporate Operations and Store Management teams to meet company standards around lead handling, closing percentages, systems admin, process recommendations; identify root-cause problems and create realistic action plans, etc. Responsible for management-accountability and continual improvement on metrics at the store level:- customer contact, appointment setting, appointments confirmed, appointments sold and customer follow-up. Support store level employees with training on lead generation and conversations Monitor CRM utilization and provide key metric updates to serve as success benchmarks In an effort to improve overall dealership performance and group metrics, provide weekly and ongoing in-store support and resources for locations that are not meeting minimum expectations. Drive culture of customer service to achieve customer retention

What You Offer:
