Lead End-to-End Operations:

Overseeing Wax, Shell, Foundry, Rough & Final Finish, Shipping, and Maintenance functions,

Champion Safety:

Building and sustaining a zero-incident culture where safety is the foundation of every decision,

Drive Performance:

Delivering on production, cost, quality, and delivery targets aligned with the business plan,

Develop Leaders:

Through coaching and empowering supervisors to achieve departmental goals and elevate team performance,

Enhance Customer Success:

Advocating for customers by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality products on time,

Execute Continuous Improvement:

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste, and

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with the division leadership team to influence plant-wide decisions and long-term strategy.

Requirements:

This role is designed to develop a high-potential leader with the capability and aspiration to progress into the General Manager position within a 2 to 3-year timeframe. The ideal candidate for this role should have 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in foundry or metals manufacturing, strong expertise in investment casting processes (wax, shelling, melting, pouring, finishing), experience with high-alloy materials (ferrous, nickel, cobalt-based alloys strongly preferred), proven success leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis), A leadership style that is decisive, disciplined, and accountability-driven, a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
