Location:
Southeast Wisconsin Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction operations across multifamily and commercial projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, leading field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an opportunity to join a large, well-established electrical subcontractor with a strong project backlog, a reputation for quality, and a commitment to developing leadership talent. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects across multiple job sites Lead and manage Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate with Project Managers to align on scheduling, budgets, and resource planning Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements Optimize labor productivity, manpower planning, and jobsite efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, clients, and internal stakeholders Identify operational improvements and implement best practices across projects Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of field leadership Qualifications At least 7-10+ years of experience with: Electrical construction, with a focus on multifamily and/or commercial projects Managing field operations and multiple job sites simultaneously Leading and developing field teams and supervisory staff Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices Nice to Have Previous experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Superintendent role Background with large-scale or high-volume multifamily projects Familiarity with project management or field tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred but not required) Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership position within a growing and respected electrical contractor.
