Southeast WisconsinPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction operations across multifamily and commercial projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, leading field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects across multiple job sitesLead and manage Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure successful project deliveryCollaborate with Project Managers to align on scheduling, budgets, and resource planningEnsure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirementsOptimize labor productivity, manpower planning, and jobsite efficiencyBuild and maintain strong relationships with GCs, clients, and internal stakeholdersIdentify operational improvements and implement best practices across projectsSupport recruiting, mentoring, and development of field leadershipQualificationsAt least 7-10+ years of experience with:

Electrical construction, with a focus on multifamily and/or commercial projectsManaging field operations and multiple job sites simultaneouslyLeading and developing field teams and supervisory staffStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practicesNice to HavePrevious experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Superintendent roleBackground with large-scale or high-volume multifamily projectsFamiliarity with project management or field tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred but not required)Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership position within a growing and respected electrical contractor.
