Job Description
The Aspirus Member Experience & Operations Director provides leadership and daily oversight of membership operations, staff, mini care, member experience and building operations at the Woodson YMCA Aspirus Branch. This role is responsible for driving membership growth and retention while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality experience for all members. This is a highly visible and hands-on position, with time spent supporting the Membership Desk and building operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and three years related experience preferred.
Ability to direct assigned operations including but not limited to supervision and development of staff, development and management of budget, marketing and public relations, program development, and volunteer development.
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
Demonstrated desire and ability to work with and relate to children, teens, and one's peers.
Demonstrated ability to create, schedule, and organize daily duties.
Physical, visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to assigned activities. Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for full shift.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire and maintenance of certification are required.
Criminal background clearance within association standards.
