HOME HARDLINES/ORDER CLERK
Fairbanks, AK, United States Job Description Maintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing (strip) displays, and gift card displays for the location and provide customer service. Responsibilities Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service Order merchandise and maintain/stock all clips/swing (strips), power panels and check stand ends, crossovers and gift cards per schematic Verify Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders are complete Perform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests Coordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for Impulse Items Comply with stockroom maintenance standards Order and maintain displays for cross-over merchandise Order off-shelf merchandise Maintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites Receive and process freight Perform inventory control functions Verify promotions are set to standard Conduct stock counts Maintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) items Process product deletions Verify accuracy in pricing integrity Comply with corporate policies Promote and follow Company initiatives Maintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions to maintain ordering system integrity Respond to verbal customer comments/complaints Maintain compliance of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards Verify all planograms are completed on time Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of six months company experience and one-two years related retail experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
