Job Description
Job Description Our client is seeking an Order/Data Entry Associate on-site in Phoenix, AZ. He/She will be joining the Hanger Digital Transformation group, supporting the client's ongoing digital transformation initiative. The DEA will be responsible for ensuring seamless data transfer between systems until automation is fully implemented. He/She will pull orders from existing legacy system and re-enter them into correct system. They will maintain a high volume of data entry output while ensuring accuracy and completeness of all order records, as well as monitoring order queues to ensure not entries are missed, delayed, or duplicated throughout the workday. He/She will communicate internally regarding any discrepancies, system issues, or order irregularities, and follow an established SOP to ensure consistency across all order entry activities. - 1+ years of experience working within ERP, order management, or inventory systems
- 1+ years of experience managing high-volume, repetitive data processing tasks in a professional setting
- Proven track record of reliability and consistent attendance in a time-sensitive work environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of entries
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for flagging issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Hand skills
- Woodworking
- Digital design
- CAD/CAM experience — opens doors to other roles in the building (fabrication, 3D printing, digital design)
