Job Description
Phone Order Entry Clerk - Full Time Cal Dairyland is a well-established wholesale dairy distributor serving the local community for over 30 years. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle our phone orders and support our office operations. The Role You'll be the voice of Cal Dairyland. You'll answer incoming calls from our customers, accurately take and enter orders into our system, keep our filing organized, and pitch in with whatever office tasks need doing on any given day. This is a full-time position that requires someone who can multitask, stay organized, and handle the phone with professionalism. What We Need Fluent in English with Spanish fluency highly preferred Computer skills—comfortable using basic software and entering data accurately Strong filing and organizational abilities Ability to listen carefully, type accurately, and remember details Dependable and ready to show up consistently Local candidate preferred Why Work Here We've been around for three decades because we take care of our people and our customers.
