In this role, you will be the vital link ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, order fulfillment processes, and equipment operation will drive seamless warehouse distribution operations. Duties Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely delivery. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts safely to load, unload, and organize stock within the warehouse. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and maintaining organized storage areas using warehouse management systems (WMS). Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams for smooth dispatch. Assist in order fulfillment processes by verifying order accuracy through basic math calculations and cross-checking items against order details. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Use RF scanners and AS400 systems to track inventory movements, update stock records, and ensure data accuracy for order processing. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution or shipping & receiving. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems). Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for picking & packing orders accurately. Basic math skills for verifying quantities and calculating weights or measurements during order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards.
