• Full-time We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our Team as a Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate. This position requires accuracy to fill customer orders and prepare products for will call or shipping. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, excellent communicators, and a positive problem solvers. As a Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate you will:
• Provide strong customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone
• Enter orders into the ERP system
• Ensure customers' needs are met in a professional and timely fashion
• Maintain a clean warehouse environment
• Review, pull, and prepare orders for customers
• Work under general supervision

Qualifications:

• HVAC knowledge is required to be considered for this role
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Forklift experience required
• RF Scanner experience desirable
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving a plus
• Interest in technical/mechanical equipment
