Job Description

EDI Order Processing Associate The EDI Order Processing Associate supports daily order processing activities by entering, updating, and processing customer orders received through EDI, email, and trading partner portals. This role performs accurate data entry in the ERP system, supports drop ship order processing, prints shipping labels and documentation, and tracks order status to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Processing customer orders received via EDI
  • Enter manual orders from trading partner portals into the ERP system
  • Update orders in the ERP system as needed (quantities, ship dates, tracking, status changes, etc.)
  • Manage drop ship orders from receipt through completion
  • Print small parcel shipping labels and packing lists
  • Close orders through vendor portals or submit ASNs
  • Monitor and track open and pending drop ship orders
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation
  • Submit invoices through EDI or vendor portals
  • Update Inventory feed through EDI and or vendor portals
  • Communicate order issues or discrepancies to appropriate internal teams
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by Department Manager/Supervisor.
  • Generate and Print SSCC18 Labels
  • Transmit 846,856 and 810 to customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent follow-up ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in order processing (sales orders, purchase orders, invoices) preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

From $20.00 per hour
