JOB DESCRIPTION
E-Commerce/order processing/cs
Position:
Full time
Hours:
8:30-5:00 (Mon-Fri) Salary depends on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist E-commerce Manager with daily duties
  • Order processing, PO, SO, picking, and QC and shipping
  • Assist customers via calls and emails regarding, sales campaigns, placing orders, order confirmation, product & promotion questions, shipping status, returns, etc.
  • Processing returns, RA, Credit Memos
  • Keeping CS logs up to date and accurate
  • Following up with customer and order related concerns in a timely manner
  • Product uploads to Shopify, Faire, Fashion Go, SHEIN
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Experience with N41, FashionGo, Faire, Shopify-Experience with fashion wholesale
  • Knowledge and use of basic computer software such as Microsoft Office, Google docs, etc
  • Sales experience
  • Must have prior experience working in E-commerce/customer service
  • Must be able to walk, bend, carry and lift up to 40lbs
