Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory and Order Pulling Specialist to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible inventory, accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring seamless warehouse operations. We are a fine wine specialist and growing on-line wine company catering to wine collectors and wine storage in WEST Los Angeles looking to hire a full time or part time Inventory and Order Pulling Specialist. Full time position is 5 days a week, Part time positions is Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm with option to add another day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and teamwork drive success. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in accordance with specified requirements using warehouse management systems . Conduct regular inventory checks, stock counts, and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies through root cause analysis. shipping & receiving, order fulfillment accuracy, and timely dispatch of products Assist in process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow bottlenecks and implementing best practices for inventory control and materials management. Experience Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or supply chain roles with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems. Knowledge of demand planning, category management, logistics, and materials handling processes within retail or e-commerce environments. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
