Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards.
- Communicating and following up with other departments regarding required/missing information needed to process orders.
- Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders.
- Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team.
- Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to learn product, company processes, and service knowledge.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving- and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while working under the pressure of deadlines.
Experience:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent English grammar, spoken and written.
- Basic Math skills
