Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Order Entry candidate. For immediate consideration please send resume to t d e l g a d o@appleone.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Communicating and following up with other departments regarding required/missing information needed to process orders.
  • Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders.
  • Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team.
  • Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail, ensuing orders meet all process standards.
  • Ability to learn product, company processes, and service knowledge.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving- and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while working under the pressure of deadlines.
Education and/or
Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent English grammar, spoken and written.
  • Basic Math skills
