o Prepares and loads voice template into Warehouse management system and related components unit for specific warehouse selecting location. o Performs visual and operational vehicle safety inspections and reports any unsafe vehicles to shift supervisor or maintenance personnel. o Responsible for ensuring that all cases and pallets are properly identified with appropriate labels. o Performs count/exception on pick slot locations if quantities are less than requested by Warehouse management system and related components. o Secures selected cases and conducts final pallet preparations by wrapping selected load and applying shipping labels. o Prepares and places assembled case pick pallets and moves assembled pallets from picking areas to a dock door or staging area. o Observes, reports and corrects (when appropriate) all unsafe and unsanitary conditions that could cause employee and/or customer accidents. o Comply with OSHA standards. o Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. o Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment. o Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift. o Must be able to meet production standards. o Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

o Requires ability to work independently. o Must be able to work varied schedule including weekend, early morning shifts and overtime. o Requires the ability to pay close attention to details, meet deadlines, and work with difficult individuals. o Must be able to understand basic math functions. o Considerable knowledge of warehouse layout system. o Working knowledge of all safety rules and safety procedures. o Working knowledge of the warehouse management system. o Working skill in operating RF units. o Working knowledge of inbound/outbound processes o Considerable skill in efficiently lifting, stacking, and building quality pallets. o Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: they must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor. Summary In the role of an Order Selector, you will be a vital part of our distribution center operations, utilizing your core skills in packaging, order picking, and warehouse experience to ensure accurate and efficient picking and packing of orders. Your premium skills in operating reach trucks, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems will enable you to optimize materials handling processes and contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Additionally, your relevant skills in heavy lifting, stocking, and quality control will be essential in maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in our operations. Qualifications Strong background in warehouse operations, including distribution center and packaging experience Proficient in order picking, packing, and using RF scanners Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic math skills Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate equipment such as pallet jacks Knowledge of stocking procedures and quality control measures Experience in load/unload tasks and mechanical knowledge
