Full Job Description HVAC Wholesale Will Call Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused HVAC Wholesale Will Call Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers at the will call counter, pulling and preparing orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with will call pickups and counter sales Pull, pack, and stage HVAC parts and equipment orders accurately Load and unload trucks and shipments safely Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy Use computer systems for order entry, inventory lookup, and invoicing Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required HVAC wholesale or parts experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/order systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Skills:

Forklift experience Knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts Experience with inventory management systems

Schedule:

Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits based on experience.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
