FULL TIME SEASONAL

Ron Jon Surf Shop is currently seeking full time seasonal Order Fulfillment Associates to join our Distribution Team for our busy spring and summer seasons. Order fulfillment associates primary job is pulling replenishment pick list for multiple locations utilizing a scan gun. Scanning items onto racks, into boxes or into distribution totes.

Shift Times:

5am - 2pm Seasonal Order Fulfillment associates start at $17/hr and positions will run through the end of summer. Benefits for full time seasonal positions include paid time off and a generous store discount.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Stock pick product for multi-store distribution.
• Learn physical bin location layout of the distribution center
• Operate a pick, pack, and ship scan gun in accordance with procedures.
• Scan merchandise onto racks, into boxes or distribution totes in accordance with procedures.
• Label completed cartons and stage in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.

Requirements:

• Work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to commit to a regular schedule
• Ability to multitask, works under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Able to work on a team and independently.

• Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds
