We also specialize in custom quoting and sales for soft goods, ensuring our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. We provide complimentary fabric samples to help customers confidently choose colors and patterns before making a purchase. With a high daily order volume, accuracy and efficiency are critical to our success. Position Overview As a Sample Room Associate, you will play a key role in preparing and fulfilling fabric sample orders while supporting customer communication and order updates. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail and organization. If you have a knack for staying organized, an eye for detail, and a passion for outdoor living, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Review daily orders and match fabric samples accurately Cut and prepare fabric samples Package orders with marketing materials for shipment Restock samples, labels, and supplies Reorder fabrics from suppliers Maintain clean and organized workspace Answer customer calls and emails Provide order status updates Close orders and send shipping confirmations Support team operations and customer needs Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support all efforts of the enterprise Requirements Detail-oriented and organized Fast-paced and efficient worker Friendly phone and email communication Reliable and consistent attendance Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude Proficiency with computers and order fulfillment software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalentCulture:
