Full Job Description Full-time Responsibilities:
Fulfilling orders Preparing and packing orders for shipment Accurately tracks inventory Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision Competent problem solver Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done Ensure all orders are accurately processed into Order Entry system and follow through from order stage to order closure. Coordinate all orders with various departments such as customer service, Shipping and Logistics Team in resolving related issues to meet customer/staff requested ship date/ delivery date (CRSD/ CRDD). Liaison with customer on inquiries, order status, shipping information. Reviewing and analyzing work processes to identify process improvement programs. Establish action plan with team on the improvement of processes and procedure. Deal with lose/damage and return goods if happen.
Requirements:
Reliable Computer savvy Experience handling busy e-commerce order fulfillment from multiple sites is a plus Familiarity with e-commerce platforms Basic to intermediate Excel skills Looking to learn new skills Impeccable customer service skills Highly effective project management skills Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities Forklift experience required
Skills:
Experienced in communicating clearly and confidently with the staff senior management Experience with multiple entity business The ability to multi-task with efficiency, poise and confidence in a fast-paced environment is critical. Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Team Player a must Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Position requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
