In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our diverse customer base. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Bilingual (Engllish & Spanish) abilities are required as they enable us to serve a broader audience effectively. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive accurate information, timely support, and a positive overall experience. Responsibilties Greet and assist customers in person, provide product/service information, and ensure a positive experience Resolve questions or issues promptly and professionally Process orders, service requests, returns, and exchanges with strong attention to detail Review orders for accuracy (items, quantities, specifications, and special notes) before release or dispatch Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct order fulfillment and on-time delivery Communicate with other locations to support stock replenishment and availability Support inventory control by receiving transfers from internal trucks and verifying quantities and condition Maintain accurate records through data entry in the CRM system and other relevant databases Collaborate with team members to share updates, improve processes, and strengthen the overall customer experience Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with company procedures Experience & Qualifications Previous experience is preferred; however, we value strong enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish bilingual skills are required to support our diverse customer base Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and strong general computer skills, including navigating multiple systems efficiently Experience with data entry and accurate typing; analytical skills are a plus for managing customer records quickly and correctly Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering or reviewing information Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Overtime available and as needed Saturdays as needed Join our team today and play an important role in delivering a smooth and supportive experience!
