Order Selector

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice systems Accurately pack items and prepare them for shipping Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual or electric) Verify product quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Qualifications Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred (not required) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic math and reading skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Skills Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Forklift or pallet jack certification (a plus, not required)

Pay:

$23.10 - $27.80 per hour
