MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pick products based on pick tickets and order specifications Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely Maintain product integrity by following food safety and handling procedures Ensure orders are correctly labeled, wrapped, and ready for shipment Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation guidelines to prevent spoilage Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors Keep work area clean and organized Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to work in a refrigerated or freezer areas as needed Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
