Job Title:
Attachment Associate Position Summary:
The Attachment Associate is responsible for accurately pulling, preparing, and shipping heavy attachments and related materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull, stage, and ship heavy attachments and components with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Verify order accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, and shipping requirements. Inspect attachments for damage or discrepancies prior to shipment. Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support workflow and resolve issues. Complete required documentation for shipments, quality checks, and inventory movements.
Requirements:
Valid forklift certification (required). Strong focus on safety and adherence to all workplace safety standards. Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift. Previous warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret order documents, labels, and part numbers accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
