Job Description
Pisces USA is based in Pooler, GA and is a wholesale supplier of natural aquarium and reptile décor. Our products include beautiful driftwoods, rocks, gravels, and sands from around the world, supplying major retail chains across the country. Duties Verify completed pallet orders against pick tickets, packing slips, or system-generated order details. Check multi-product pallet orders for correct items, quantities, labels, and pallet configuration. Identify and report discrepancies, missing items, incorrect products, or labeling issues. Perform barcode audits to confirm product accuracy and scan compliance. Print and apply product labels, shipping labels, pallet labels, and other required documentation. Support the packing team with order preparation, labeling, staging, and final checks. Ensure pallets are properly organized, wrapped, labeled, and ready for shipment. Maintain accurate records of order verification and audit results. Communicate with warehouse leads, pickers, packers, and shipping staff to resolve issues quickly. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping, order checking, quality control, or order verification experience preferred. Experience checking multi-product pallet orders strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to catch small errors before shipment. Comfortable using barcode scanners, label printers, and warehouse systems. Ability to read pick tickets, packing slips, product labels, and SKU information accurately. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products as required.
