https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers Job Description Duties and responsibilities + Responsible for completing all incoming orders successfully through delivery. + Resolve sales orders issues. + Process approved Credit and Debit request via SF repository. + Process Change Orders + Point of contact for audits, which includes pulling necessary documentation fromappropriate sources. + Collaborate closely with Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams in order toresolve issues and create service improvements. + Respond and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. + Train on new processes. + Back-up other team members as needed. + Assist with entry of Global Business group orders. + Test SAP order changes to IT and Quality specifications. + Monitor all team boxes and ensure appropriate turnaround time. + Other duties as required and requested by Management or Manager. Qualifications + High School Diploma required. + Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. + Microsoft Office. + Excellent communication skills.
