Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Order Management to support telecom order lifecycle operations for a high-visibility client. This role focuses on managing end-to-end order flow, ensuring timely execution, and resolving issues across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order lifecycle Monitor and track order progress Identify bottlenecks, errors, or delays and proactively drive resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, provisioning, and operations Maintain detailed documentation and status reporting for all active orders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to manage high-volume order queues with strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve order flow issues quickly Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Microsoft Office skills Able to work independently
Pay:
$60,200.00 - $74,200.00 per year
